WRX/STi Top Mount Intercooler Kit
The Hyperflow Top Mount Intercooler continues to set the standard for performance, Quality and finish.
Excellent throttle response, proven power gains (MY06 STi gained 12kw on the MRT Dynojet Dyno with a standard tune), and easy to bolt on, the Hyperflow TMIC is an effective enhancement to your WRX or STi.
For the 2006 and 2007 models Hyperflow has substantially redesigned the Intercooler to further improve Performance and assure an excellent fit.
Some features of the kit are :
>Reorientated Port to throttle body, with machined internal radius to improve flow.
>Billet mounting brackets are in different positions.
>Because our rear tank is CNC billet, we have reprogrammed the machining sequence to include a shaped Internal Separation barrier to improve Air flow distribution to the core
>The Intercooler is supplied complete, with our high flow cast 'Y' piece and SAMCO 4 ply Silicon hose supplied for the WRX.
>Turbulator density has been changed to suit the 2.5L displacement.
>Hand polished tanks.
>While the Hyperflow is the biggest Top Mount on the market, strut braces still fit.
