AETTurbos Online Order Procedure
1. When your order is received, an e-mail confirming the
order will be sent to your e-mail address.
2. All orders placed prior to 3.30pm will be despatched
that day.
3. Address details and contact telephone numbers must be given,
including any special instructions. When giving a mobile telephone
number, please also give an alternative landline number where you
can be contacted.
4. Overseas customers are asked to contact us by telephone to arrange
payment details, delivery details and delivery charges.
5. Delivery charges for all UK customers are as follows:-

6 You will receive the order in a well packaged box and you will
need to be in at the point of delivery to sign the couriers paperwork.
If you are out a card will be left by the courier company asking you
to contact them to re-arrange delivery of the package.
7 Your documents will be attached within a documents enclosed wallet
on the side of the box. Inside the documents wallet you will find
your invoice, credit/switch card receipt, your warranty details.
Refund
Procedure
If in the event you receive your order and no longer require
this eg. wrong fault diagnosis, providing the order has
not been fit to the vehicle and is in merchantable condition, a
refund less a 20% handling charge will be applied.
Returns
Procedure
You must advise us by letter or email within 7 days for your returns number authorisation (RNA) and return the item with your (RNA) clearly on the front of the package within 14 days of delivery to you. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments. To make a return, please give the reason for the return and wrap the package securely.
International orders without paying VAT tax
All the indicated prices on this website exclude the VAT (value added tax). As a company registered in the United Kingdom, we are obliged to charge VAT tax on top of the total price if a customer resides in one of the countries of the European Union (EU). Customers from outside the EU do not need to pay VAT. United Kingdom customers must always pay VAT. If you are a company registered in the EU, with a valid VAT number, you can avoid paying tax to us if you create an account and advise your VAT number before placing an order. If you enter the number in the correct format we are able to verify the number within seconds, and confirm that the VAT number is approved. Once approved, you can place orders and benefit from the 0% VAT. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse the VAT tax retrospectively. Please wait for an email confirming verification of the VAT number. In the future we expect to verify the number online, and simplify this process. VAT number is also known as: TVA, BTW, MwSt, IVA, FPA, MOMS, MwST, IVA, FPA, LW, MVA, UID or DPH, depending on the language you use.
