Who are Hyperflow ?
1997 - 2007......for 10 years Hyperflow have been at the forefront of developing performance products for Subaru vehicles. Hyperflow sets the standard for High Performance Intercooling Solutions, priding themselves on developing and manufacturing THE best....nothing less.
The design and manufacturing is done in-house, utilising advanced 3D Computer Aided Design and Computer Aided Manufacturing Systems. Combined with a 4-axis machining centre, and state of the art jigging and welding systems, Hyperflow has the capability to rapidly prototype and innovate. Hyperflow has established a reputation, with the highest quality Top Mount Intercooler kit (TMIC) on the market for the Subaru WRX.
A unique feature of Hyperflow's top mount intercoolers, is our polished CNC machined Billet tanks. The Hyperflow CNC billet Tank sets the benchmark visually, structurally and are a perfect fit. Hyperflow silicon hose kits are manufactured to our design with our tooling by SAMCO - the leader in Silicon hose technology.
Every alloy component of the Hyperflow Intercooler kit is hand polished to a micro-fine mirror finish.
All Hyperflow pipe work is CNC mandrel bent, no untidy welded bends to interrupt air flow. Unlike many Front Mount Intercooler Kit suppliers, we pride ourselves on completeness and getting the detail right.
Hyperflow Intercoolers are engineered to perform. All Intercooling systems are tested on a Superflow Test bench to optimise flow and minimise pressure drop. Prototype systems are then test fitted and painstakingly checked for fit, finish and completeness.
Hyperflow then fit a HIRaD (Hyperflow Intercooler Research and Development) Data Logging System to the vehicle. By logging pressure and temerature into and out of the Intercooler, GPS data, speed, acceleration, throttle position and Air Fuel Ratio, Hyperflow can accurately assess performance benefits in real world on road conditions. Hyperflow proprietary software calculates change in pressure drop, heat rejection, integrates the results and predicts theoretical power gains.
All of these factors combine to assure Hyperflow provide you with the edge on the track or the road, with proven high performance and perfect fit and finish. All backed up with a conditional 2 year warranty. |
